Residents must submit a home improvement request describing the work to be performed. If it is not approved as submitted, the ARC may provide suggestions for making changes so it can be resubmitted for approval. The ARC reviews requests on the first Thursday of each month, so please submit requests to CMSI at least several days before.

The request form is under Documents, Home Improvement Request. The scanned form may be e-mailed to CMSI.

Also, include a plat map or survey of the property that indicates the project relative to the property lines and easements, when applicable.

In this website, visit the Documents, Architectural Guidelines and Deed Restrictions (requires login), to review all of the Architectural Guidelines and Deed Restrictions.
